8x10 inch technical pen drawing on paper I made specifically for this series. Paper is 100% abaca fibers with seashell and mica flake inclusions.
The drawing is of a shell I found at the beach that had a small piece of coral growing on it. The size of the actual shell is about 1 inch diameter.
Stunning work, I find it unusual and beautiful and I adore the paper you used as well!

Thanks Yes! I'm working on more of the same series. Lots of pointilism drawing on my hand made paper. I'm working on them for a solo show I'm having in the fall. Thanks for your wonderful comments!
Excellent! I'm looking forward to more, I find pointilism is a lost artform not many are creating with it anymore.
Do tell, do you create the paper as well?

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
